Welcome to my web site, my name is Warren Dashwood and my background is in the IT industry, mainly internet companies. I was the founder of the first free Internet company in the UK that was bought out in 1998 by Telinco which I was Managing director for until we sold the company to Tiscali in 2000. I then moved on to head-up a customer technical support center called IP Support in Manchester which was very successful and was bought out by 186K Networks in 2004. I then took some time out to design and build my own house in Cheshire.

I decided to buy my first holiday home in Mallorca in 2002. I chose Mallorca because of the scenery and the relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere the island offered. As you can see by the photos the views are exceptional. After enjoying the apartment with my family for the first three years I decided in 2004 to renovate the apartment ready for the summer of 2005 to rent out, which was very successful.

Since then we have purchased other apartments in exclusive locations around the globe to expand on what I have already achieved in Mallorca. The other locations we believe are unique because of their location either being a penthouse or villa over looking golf courses and ski slopes. All the apartments and villas are owned and managed by us.
